Animals are a very fun and characteristic subject matter. I love going to the zoo or safari to draw, but occasionally I'll doodle pets out and about.

These were all actually on double page spreads in a landscape sketchbook, but I only have a teeny A4 scanner at home so these will have to do for now. :( I may scan them all again at uni for portfolio purposes in the future.

These are just a few of my photos, I took way more!

So last Tuesday I arrived back home from spending five days in Barcelona...apologies for taking so long to post about it. It's such a beautiful city with so much to do and I'd recommend anyone to go. I'm already missing it and wanting to go back.

I didn't do as much drawing as I'd have liked, due to being constantly on the move and wary of pick pocketing. But I will post what I did soon, along with other reportage drawings I have done so far for my summer brief. 

I will try to post more Illustration related stuff but I think it's nice to post personal stuff once in a while, such as my travels, after all this is what inspires most of my work.
